Heads Up, We’ve Got Incoming!

Sunspots are quite active at the moment and on July 12 an X-class solar flare and a coronal mass ejection erupted from the Sun and both are heading this way. ETA today. Auroral displays should be lovely.

    And radio coverage was lousy… Mother Nature certainly paints some wonderful pictures :-)

    I hope you were able to sound astrophysically knowledgable and advise your First Officer as to the cause of the lousy radio coverage. :) Yes, Gaia knows how to use the world and its surrounds as a stunning canvas.

    Hey, Suzanne! Great to see you. :) No whacking necessary, I haven’t been diligent in posting anyway. That’s all about to change. I’ve just about finished polishing the ms I’m pitching at conference then before I dive into research for my next book I’m going to get a few blog posts together and schedule them for once a week. Looking forward to meeting you in person next month.
